Individual therapy for adolescents and adults
I accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Premera, LifeWise, Regence, Kaiser PPO and First Choice Health Network Insurance. Please verify that I am in-network with your insurance by calling the number on the back of your insurance card or through a provider search on your insurer's website.
For all other insurers, I am an out-of-network provider, and otherwise accept out-of-pocket payment. I will not submit claims to out-of-network insurers, though I can provide you with a Superbill for you to submit to your insurer. Many out-of-network insurers provide reimbursement between 60-80% of the cost of appointments, though I encourage you to check your plan’s specific benefits.
Payment is due at time of service, unless I am billing your insurance; then, your co-pay is due at time of service. Payments may be made via card (credit, debit, FSA/HSA) and will be setup via a secure client portal.
Appointment availability includes morning, afternoon, and evening options Monday - Thursday. I'm not in the office on Fridays.
Frequency of appointment can vary based on your need, goals for therapy, and/or length of relationship. It is common to see clients weekly or twice a week initially, moving to every-other-week or monthly as you experience improvement, and decreasing to periodic check-ins or booster sessions, as needed.
